Q. How do I schedule an appointment?
BOOK NOW button located at the top of the page. Once you push ‘BOOK NOW’ it will guide you through the steps. A credit card is required to hold all appointments. You can call us @ 281-302-6981 to book an appointment as well.
Q. How do I choose the right treatments and products?
We offer complimentary consultations, and can make recommendations to fit your wants and needs. Whether you are looking for hair care products to use at home, or have specific needs as to what appointments to book. We will guide you on everything hair related.
Q. What can I expect from my service provider during my salon or spa treatment?
Your service provider will consult with you prior to the service to find out your goals and preferences, and can make recommendations if appropriate. She or he will let you know what to expect, and will find out if you have any special needs or concerns.
Q. What should I wear for a salon treatment?
No special clothing is required unless you want to let us get some awesome Insta pics! Then we would recommend bring make up and a nice outfit to change into! If you are enjoying several services, you will be provided with a robe to change your shirt. We are not responsible for any damaged clothing from a color service. If you are here for a while for a color service please bring a snack or lunch or we can help you order from a local restaurant. Your personal comfort is always most important to us!
Q. Do you offer gift certificates?
Absolutely! Salon hair treatments & products are the perfect gift. Purchase an Instant Gift Certificate Online, or feel free to stop by the salon to purchase a gift card or gift box of products customized. We encourage recipients to use certificates within one year of purchase. After this time, there will be a $2 per month maintenance fee per certificate.
Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Our ASHFORD & PARKER Gift Cards.
Q. What is your pricing policy?
All prices are subject to change. Product refund must be done within 7 days of purchase with original receipt. 10% deducted for product use. We do not resell the products once been used. The refunds may only be given to the original purchaser.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
Providing outstanding service is the core of our business. Because salon services are reserved especially for you, we ask that you notify us in advance to change or cancel appointments without penalty. Without 24 hour notice for haircuts, blow drys. For larger services (ex: balayage, highlights, Brazilian Blowouts etc.. if not canceled before 48-72 hours in advance we will charge a fee of 50% of the price of the cancelled service, and 100% of the service in the event of a “no-show.” We thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.
Q. Do you accommodate late arrivals?
We pride ourselves on providing service to all of our clients in a timely and professional manner. Your promptness is greatly appreciated and required to properly serve you. Please notify us if you are running late. We can not take clients if they are running 15+ mins late to a 30min appointment etc.. However; as a courtesy to other clients, we can only conduct your session within your scheduled appointment or do as best we can with the time left for your appointment. Please let us know if you need to reschedule (please see our cancellation policy)
Q. What if I have lost my gift certificate?
Your certificate is considered the same as cash. It is necessary to keep track of this valuable property.
Q. Do you allow children in the Salon?
Children are welcome as long as they are scheduled for services. If not, we ask that you respect the other guests’ peace and quiet by leaving children at home. This also allows you time for yourself to enjoy your services.
Q. What is proper salon etiquette?
Ashford & Parker Salon is an adult environment of relaxation. Please respect all of our guests’ right to privacy and quiet by turning off cellular phones. Please take all phone conversations outside the salon.

Q. How long will the whitening last?
This varies from person to person and depends on your diet and lifestyle. However, with proper maintenance and periodic touch-up treatments, you can keep your smile looking great for a lifetime.

Q. Does it hurt?
No, because our signature laser gel is all natural the treatment does not hurt and most clients experience no sensitivity. A very small percentage of clients may feel some tooth sensitivity, especially if they are dehydrated or consume very cold/hot foods or drinks within two hours after the whitening session. Any sensitivity is short term and gone within 24-48 hours. We do offer solutions for those that are concerned about sensitivity.
Q. Will DaVinci Teeth Whitening work on crowns and fillings?
Yes, DaVinci teeth whitening will remove staining from existing dental work and take it back to the original color. Our goal is to clean up the existing dental work and whiten the natural teeth to match for a nice even smile. We cannot whiten them beyond the original color of the material used at the time of placement. If your existing dental work is not in your smile line it won’t matter either way because it is not visible.

Q. Do I need a separate appointment for a Brazilian Blowout?
You do not need a separate appointment for a Brazilian Blowout. In fact, the treatment is gentle enough to be done in the same appointment as a color treatment. However, you should always complete a color treatment before having a Brazilian Blowout, otherwise the color will strip out your blowout results.
