CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations for color and keratin services requiring 2 or more hours must be cancelled with 48 to 72 hours notice (based on the service time allotted) or deposit will be forfeited. Deposits can not be transferred to other services. If appointments are cancelled in less than 24 hour notice, you will be charged 100% of the service price. This policy is in effect, but not limited to color services. If for any reason we cannot charge you, you will not be able to make an appointment with any stylist at Ashford & Parker Hair Studio until the fee is paid and 50% of your future service is paid upfront.
